Dear EASFAA Business Partners:

The Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA) invites you to participate in our 43rd annual conference on May 17-20, 2009.  EASFAA represents colleges and universities from fourteen different states, commonwealths, districts, and territories and is composed of a wide variety of institutions.

This year’s conference is hosted by the historic Omni-Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. Based on the theme “Evolution: The Transformation of Student Aid,” the conference program is highlighted by sessions on HEOA student aid changes in addition to experts on student aid policy. It promises to be thought-provoking and informative.

Your organization can be part of this exciting event!  Listed below are the options for our business partners:

  • Conference exhibitor:  $2,500 for an 8 x 10 exhibitor space with table and chairs
  • Conference Program Advertiser: $500 for full-page ad; $250 for half-page ad
  • General Support for Education and Training: A contribution of at least $250 to support the educational and training endeavors of the Association

All attendees are required to be an EASFAA member and to pay the conference fee as these items are not included in your exhibitor or advertising fees.  Booth spaces do not include internet connectivity but this can be arranged on an individual basis through hotel services.

2009 Conference Opportunities
Conference Exhibitors
Exhibitor space is a standard 8 x 10 area with a table and two chairs. Vendor set-up is Sunday, May 17 from 8:00 am to 12:00. Exhibits must remain until Tuesday, May 19 at 4:00 pm when they can be removed. The exhibit hall is closed and secure during meals and general sessions. Internet connectivity is not included in the exhibitor fee.  If you desire this service, please contact Chris Zuzack at 717-720-2368 or czuzack@pheaa.org. Additional information on general exhibitor services will be provided prior to the conference. Exhibitors’ names will be printed in the conference program along with recognition during the program.

Conference Advertising
PDF is the preferred format for conference program ad submission. Please make sure any fonts are embedded in the file.Artwork must be submitted in electronic format. Please email as an attachment to bl23@georgetown.edu and list a contact person. Deadline for submission of materials is April 15.

General Support
Part of EASFAA’s mission is educational and training for financial aid administrators to promote their professional expertise and knowledge.Your financial contribution to support this mission and service is greatly appreciated.  Recognition at the conference will be provided.

Payment is due for all conference selections by May 1.Checks should be made payable to EASFAA and mailed to Christine Zuzack, Vice President for State Grant and Special Programs, PHEAA, 1200 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA  17102 OR use your credit card to pay online.
