Registration Fees:
        Full Conference Registration - $350.00
        One Day - $150.00
        2012-2013 Membership - $50.00 is required
            and will be completed before registering.

Please register by May 1, 2012. This will assist us in providing the hotel an accurate meal count.

**NOTE** Purchase orders WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any individual who has registered and paid the fees to attend the conference may cancel his/her registration and receive a full refund of the registration fees (not including membership), provided such cancellation is received in writing by the EASFAA Membership Chair, Maribeth Quinn, no less than two weeks before the first day of the conference.

This is a multi-part registration and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.
