Past Treasurer

Basic Functions and Responsibilities
The Past Treasurer is an officer of the Association and has fiduciary responsibility to the Association for the first three months of the Past Treasurers term. This is to help facilitate the transition of all the financial records of the association when the new Treasurer takes office at the beginning of the Association’s fiscal year (July 1). The Past Treasurer has no fiduciary responsibility to the Association after the first three months of their term.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. The Past Treasurer has fiduciary responsibility to the Association for the first three months of the Past Treasurer term.
  2. Will assist the current Treasurer in their transition into the first year of their term.
  3. Shall serve on the Finance Committee for budget purposes.
  4. Will assist the current Treasurer to maintain the Association’s financial stability.
  5. Involve in the audit duties and responsibilities for the preceding year.
Term of Service:
One year commencing on July 1.
