Basic Functions and Responsibilities
The Vice President is an officer of the Association and shall perform the duties of the President in the event of absence or incapacity of both the President and the President-Elect and shall perform such duties as assigned by the President.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
May include but are not limited to:

1. Chair of the Association Governance Committee.
2. Chair of the Budget Committee. Perform monthly verification of the Association's bank, investment, and credit card statements.
3. Oversees the Standing Committee for Membership.

Term of Service:
Two years commencing with the EASFAA Annual Conference.
