Generally the annual conference hotel contract will include complimentary rooms as part of the package. Complimentary rooms are distributed according to the procedures outlined below:
Procedures:
The Chair of the Annual Conference Committee is responsible for assigning complimentary rooms in the following order.
The President and President-Elect should receive a complimentary suite.
Any remaining rooms should be distributed to guest speakers whose rooms would otherwise be paid for by the Association.
If there are rooms remaining, the Conference Committee Chair receives a complimentary room.
If there are rooms remaining, other EASFAA officers receive complimentary rooms, in the following order; Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Past President.
