Maintaining the financial integrity of the Association by recommending for adoption by the Regional Council, a sound plan for the management of the income and expenses of the Association.
Duties:
Review expense requests and income projections from all officers and committee chairs and recommend a line-item budget to Regional Council at the Annual Retreat.
Review the budget on an on-going basis to determine if adjustments should be recommended to Regional Council.
Present the status of the approved budget to Regional Council at each of its meetings.
All Regional Council members and committee chairs will act prudently with respect to income and expenditure items over which they exercise control, for the good of the Association.
Membership:
Executive Council and at least three (3) members of the Regional Council, appointed by the President. Chair, EASFAA Vice President.
Tenure:
Officers tenure related to their office. Appointed Regional Council members, one year, may be reappointed.
