This session will explore how to rethink our financial aid counseling playbook to better support students navigating the new student loan landscape under OB3. We will discuss evolving counseling strategies, ways to intentionally embed financial wellness concepts at key student touchpoints, and a review of essential private loan terms that both students (and staff) need to understand. These shifts will be critical to promoting student financial success and will have meaningful implications for enrollment and retention.
