Strategic Planning

The EASFAA Strategic Plan Committee is organized once every three years. Its purpose is to develop the association’s 3 year Strategic Plan. The current plan expires in May 2022. The committee engages many people, including the entire EASFAA community via survey, before establishing a draft plan for the EASFAA Board to discuss, review, and approve.
