A La Carte Items for 2022-2023:
Conference Bags:
$750 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organization’s logo as the sole logo printed on the conference bag provided to each attendee.
Conference Lanyards:
$500 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organization’s logo as the sole logo printed on the conference lanyard provided to each attendee.
Professional Headshots:
$600 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed on signage as the sponsor of the Professional Headshots located in the high traffic location where the photographer will be taking pictures (2 days of the conference).
Photo booth:
$500 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organization’s name and logo will be displayed on signage as the sponsor of the photo booth located in the high traffic location where the booth will be located.
Conference Water Bottle:
$500 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organization’s logo as the sole logo printed on the conference water bottle provided to each attendee.
EASFAA President’s Reception (Sunday evening, May 15, 2022):
$1,000 (limited to one sponsor) - Your organizations logo on signage at event and in the program conference app. Recognition by the EASFAA President at the reception.
Baltimore Orioles – New York Yankees Baseball Game (Monday evening, May 16, 2022):
$600 (limited to two sponsors) - Your organization’s logo on signage at the BBQ and lawn games event prior to the game. Location is across the street from Camden Yards, adjacent to the conference hotel. This event is reserved for EASFAA members. Recognition by the EASFAA President prior to the game and in the program/conference app. Tickets to the game to be distributed in an envelope with company logo on them.
